Bayou-style shrimp with crab stuffing, baked and topped with grilled sausage, peppers, onions and tomatoes. Served with dirty rice and asparagus.

Calypso Shrimp & Mac


Gulf shrimp, pan sautéed with onions and jalapeños in a homemade sweet-hot Calypso sauce, laced with Caribbean vanilla rum. Served with our creamy homemade mac and cheese.

Eggplant Rollatini


Eggplant rollatini, stuffed with ricotta and mozzarella, topped with our marinara and more cheese, served on a bed of fettuccine Rosé and finished off with sauteéd fresh spinach and garlic.

Fettuccine noodles slathered in home-made creamy alfredo sauce. (Blackened – 1.00 Extra)

Homemade meatloaf, slathered with two gravies–one country, one brown. Served atop delicious creamy made-in-house mashed taters, then finished with our crispy onion straws and a fried egg on top. Served with sautéed veggies.

Piri Piri Chicken


A traditional Portuguese dish. Brined 1/2 chicken, roasted with Piri Piri sauce. Served with Portuguese rice and plantains.

Smoked Brisket Mac-N-Cheese


Chef’s 3 cheese mac-n-cheese, tossed with homemade smoked brisket, topped with blackened fried pickles and finished with our house BBQ.
